How long is the appointment?
Appointments are usually 30 minutes bookings.
60 minutes bookings allows more time for Bowen to work; for those that need time to rest; and for any functional movement.

What shall I wear?
Bowen Moves can beperformed through light clothing or on the skin. Towels or a throw may be used for warmth, modesty and comfort.
Treatments are usually lay on a couch, although can be seated.
How many sessions will I need?
Beneficial effects can be experienced within the first few sessions and people, so people will initially come for between 3 - 6 sessions.
Many choose to have a regular catch up session to generally help them and perhaps just to help better cope with life.
